Website and UX Design in Milton Keynes

Cutting-edge website and UX design to drive sales, brand awareness and engagement rates

At Wild things we believe in creating websites with purpose. Whether that’s to help build your brand, drive sales (both online and offline), or provide a unique service, we’ll make sure every page is designed to help deliver on those goals.

Our approach to designing a successful website

Audit & Discovery

We review how you work, what you offer, where you are now, and where you need to be

This helps to set project goals and KPIs, and helps us to understand your brand personality

Create User Journeys

We work out what tasks your visitors will want to complete, such as buying or registering

This helps us to design a digital experience that feels fun, easy, and straightforward for all

Concept Design

We’ll create a design concept of how the website could look like and how it should feel

The concept design establishes the character of the website and helps us to find the right tone of voice

Wireframe Layouts

We’ll produce basic sketch layouts of key pages and where buttons and features will go

Wireframes help us to understand how a user will flow through the site and remove potential barriers

Detailed Design Work

We’ll apply the design concept to key pages, so you can see how the site will look and feel

This gives you a real feel for how key key aspects of the website will look feel, and work online

Site Build

Only at this point will we start to build the website and add content and images

Full build of your website including any required Content Management, Blogging and Ecommerce elements

Design and UX

We design every website from scratch with a completely blank sheet of paper. No templates, no themes, and any external components chosen to seamlessly integrate with your brand.

That means we can provide the best quality design and user-experience possible, helping you to stand out and develop brand awareness the second someone lands on your site and starts browsing.

Website Development

The majority of Wild things websites are now crafted with Webflow. Webflow is what’s known as a no-code platform, which means it’s easier to take something we’ve designed and create website pages and elements that look very close to those designs. Ultimately, that means the speed we can build websites is much quicker than it might be otherwise.

As a platform, it’s also faster and more secure than something like Wordpress. Webflow also includes important features such as a Content Management System (CMS) allowing you to update parts of the website yourself, and shopping cart and online payment features so you can run an ecommerce platform.

Occassionally we get asked to maintain or build a new website using Wordpress as the platform. We’ll happily accomodate this request and have in-house expertise to install, build and maintain Wordpress sites.

Responsive Websites

Every Wild things website is designed with reponsive behaviour built in. This means it will look great (and still work!) on any device, from desktop to mobile.

Websites designed by Wild things

Denise put me right at ease from the start and spent time asking questions about my new website & online platform, the company, my target market and what problems I was solving. I highly recommend Wild things' approach and work ethic.
